Gibsons 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle - Christmas Limited Edition - This Way to Santa
Gibsons’ Limited Edition Christmas Puzzle is back again and ‘This Way to Santa’ is the 18th puzzle in the popular series.
Painted by the talented artist Tony Ryan, ‘This Way to Santa’ depicts the boys and girls who are getting in the Christmas spirit as they wait in the snow to visit Santa in his Christmas Grotto. With a present-laden sleigh and his trusty elf by his side, Santa has a treat for everyone on the ‘nice’ list!
This 1000 piece puzzle is packaged in a shiny, eco-foiled gold box and inside is a special, serial-numbered certificate to make it the ultimate collector’s item.
As with all Gibsons jigsaws, we use 100% recycled puzzle board, FSC paper and work with the best artists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces are designed to fit perfectly together; in fact, we use the thickest puzzle board on the market. Everyone loves a Gibsons jigsaw, even Her Majesty the Queen has been spotted with one.
We’ve made some positive changes to our processes, so you can be sure you’re getting the same great puzzles and know that they are kinder to the environment. Not only does the box have a fresh new look, but we’ve used biodegradable clear labels to secure the lid instead of shrink wrap to reduce our plastic waste. There is a gloss coating on the box for extra protection and the puzzle pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled by most councils.
Because the box is slightly smaller than our previous designs, we need less room to transport our products which reduces our carbon footprint and means you can store your puzzles more easily. We have also popped an artwork poster inside for you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle.

About the Artist:
Tony Ryan decided he wanted to be an artist when he saw a programme on the commercial artist’s life when he was just twelve years old. Leaving school at 16, he went to Bolton Art College to study Illustration and Design, and then did a Postgraduate course in Illustration at Bristol. He is now a freelance illustrator and experiments with watercolour, gouache, oil and pastels. In recent years he has taken courses to develop his interest in printmaking and Japanese woodcut and many of his paintings are influenced by his own personal life and memories of when he was growing up in Lancashire.
