The Pizza Stone is crafted with cordierite stone, which gets extremely hot in a hurry to create light and crispy, thin pizza crusts. When you‚ ôre finished cooking, use the handy metal carry rack to quickly and easily transport your piping hot pizza and pizza stone from barbecue to table. The Pizza Stone is designed to be used with the Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate ‚ ì just remove the circular grate insert, and pop in the Pizza Stone to get a secure fit while your pizza, bread, or dessert bakes away.
