This little grill can do it. Using the dual stainless steel burners, you have precise control over the temperature, just like on Napoleon's full sized grills. Get the TravelQ™ PRO up to high temperatures for the perfect sear, or bake and roast over low and slow heat. You can even use this guy as a smoker with the Napoleon Smoker Tube accessory. Like your favorite cast iron skillet, the porcelainized cast iron cooking grids, with the iconic Napoleon wave shape, heat evenly and provide a non-stick surface for your food. The TravelQ™ PRO grids are also removable for easy cleaning and can be swapped out for the new cast iron griddle that is specifically made to fit the 285's unique shape.
